Tremar has a broad mandate and can be both creative and flexible in structuring capital solutions for the small and medium enterprises to which we lend. Historically, the Tremar team has invested in companies across varied sectors and in transactions as follows:
Financial services, technology, consumer, business services, energy, real estate and transportation.
Wholesale consumer and SME receivables funding, working/growth capital to fund capex and expansion into new products or markets, M&A financing, recapitalisations, distressed & restructuring.
We can participate at every level of the capital structure – from providing senior secured credit facilities to mezzanine debt to convertible notes, for both privately owned and ASX-listed, small-to-mid cap companies. Typically, this will be a function of a company’s capital needs and credit risk profile.
A$5 to $75 million, with capacity to syndicate larger deals with other lenders in Tremar’s US network.
Our typical investment process is 6 +/- weeks in length, subject to a company’s ability to respond to usual and customary due diligence requests. We seek to provide a high level of transparency to prospective borrowers and provide substantive feedback on feasibility, size and terms as soon as possible.
